What you bring
- Completed IT training or comparable practical experience, at least 3 years of professional experience
- Confident with networking (e.g., Juniper, Cisco, Fortinet) and Windows/Linux server operations
- Experience with virtualization and backup (e.g., Veeam); Microsoft 365/Azure a plus
- An independent, structured way of working and genuine enjoyment of direct customer contact
