A capable IT forms the basis for business success. As an owner-led provider, we know the tension between technical ambition and economic feasibility from our own project practice. For our customers we bundle practice-oriented IT know-how in three areas: targeted specialist training, change management consulting, and long-term IT support.
IT training & continuing education
Our training offerings are geared toward strengthening architects, system engineers, and administrators in modern technologies. We convey well-founded IT expertise paired with practical exercise — as a combination of theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience. In doing so we cover a broad spectrum, from vendor-certified standard courses to exclusive specialist training. Our trainings are always current and relevant to practice, so that your teams benefit immediately from the new knowledge in their daily work.
- Practice-oriented learning: the courses draw on 20 years of IT experience from real projects, so that what is learned is immediately applicable.
- Broad range of topics: from network infrastructures through cloud solutions to IT security — we offer all relevant fields.
- Flexible formats: in-person seminars, live online courses, or interactive e-learning modules — we adapt the format to the needs of your teams.
Change management consulting
A successful technology switch requires more than new hardware or software: with new systems, workflows and responsibilities change. Structured change management secures the project's success — we plan clear communication and training measures and involve the participants early. Through ongoing feedback from the teams, we ensure that new ways of working actually take hold.
- Technology and organization together: we take into account both technical and cultural aspects and involve the affected levels of the organization.
- Communication & training: clear goals, regular information, and practical trainings help to reduce fears and build acceptance.
- Measurable success: with iterative processes we evaluate progress and adjust measures, so that your team adopts the changes effectively and lastingly.
IT management consulting & support
A viable IT landscape also includes ongoing support. We support you in building an IT organization that runs stably and is aligned with the business goals: together with you we develop IT strategies, optimize architecture and processes, and create clear responsibilities.
- Strategic alignment: buildout of stable IT systems and alignment with your business goals.
- Experience from practice: IT strategies, service portfolios, and governance structures — developed from 20 years of our own engineering and architecture work.
- Ongoing support: introduction of ITSM processes and advising management and IT leadership on program and project decisions — as an external sparring partner, not as an additional hierarchy level.
- Collaborative and independent: independent of vendors, we work closely with you and technology partners.
Frequently asked questions
Who are your IT training courses aimed at?
Above all at technical staff: administrators, system engineers, and architects who are responsible for network, cloud, and security topics in practice. The content ranges from vendor-oriented courses to individual specialist training and stems from many years of project practice — what is taught is what is actually needed in operations.
In what formats do training courses take place — on site or online?
Both are possible: in-person seminars at your premises or in suitable rooms, live online courses, and interactive formats. For companies in the Bergisches Land, Rheinland, and Ruhrgebiet, on-site appointments come with short travel thanks to our Solingen location. Format and scope follow the target group and topic, not the other way around.
Can training content be tailored to our specific environment?
Yes, that is even the preferred approach. Instead of generic standard slides, we work where possible with scenarios from your own infrastructure — for example your firewall, network, or backup environment. That way your teams can apply what they learned directly on the next working day.
Does the support end with the completion of the project?
Only if you want it to. Many customers use ongoing support after the introduction: regular reviews, help with architecture and process questions, or support for further initiatives. This preserves the knowledge built up in the project and lets your IT develop continuously rather than in isolated projects.
