Between "in the shopping cart" and "running in operation" lies the part that determines the value of a purchase: the right specification, clean licensing, a planned rollout, and a documented lifecycle. As a partner of Microsoft, Juniper, Cisco, HPE, F5 and Fortinet, we procure hardware and software licenses directly through the vendor programs — and hand them over not at the loading dock, but into ongoing operation. Vendor-neutral here means: for server and storage we work preferably with HPE, but on request procure Dell, Fujitsu, or specialist systems just as well — what matters is your requirement, not the partner program.
- Network & security: switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers from Juniper, Cisco, F5 and Fortinet — matched to the architecture that we plan and operate for you.
- Server & storage: HPE infrastructure at partner conditions — on request Dell, Fujitsu, or specialist systems just as well, when your requirement calls for it; dimensioned to actual needs instead of a catalog page.
- Microsoft licenses (CSP): procurement and ongoing management via the cloud solution provider model — including regular review of whether your license inventory still matches your usage.
- Lifecycle: planned renewal instead of an emergency purchase — we know the support and end-of-life dates of your components and plan the replacement before it becomes urgent.
How procurement works with us
- Phase 1
Specification
We know your environment from operating it — what gets specified is what fits in and fulfills the planned purpose. No over-dimensioning, no incompatibilities.
- Phase 2
Quote
You receive a quote with clear line items and a figure that is binding until the stated date. Conditions come from direct distributor sourcing and the vendors' partner programs.
- Phase 3
Procurement & rollout
We procure, pre-configure, and roll out — new components land documented in the monitoring, not in a box next to the server cabinet.
- Phase 4
Lifecycle
Warranty and support status, firmware levels, and end-of-life dates remain part of operations — the replacement is planned before old devices become a risk.
License management and audit safety
License management with us means software asset management at a scope appropriate for mid-sized companies: we know which licenses you own, which you actually use, and where the two diverge. If a vendor license audit comes, the evidence is ready — instead of being created in a frantic re-inventory.
The easiest entry point is our M365 license and tenant check: a compact assessment of your Microsoft tenant regarding license costs and security configuration, with prioritized recommendations — regardless of where you source the licenses today.
Procurement that pays off for you
You do not have to piece hardware together yourself: tell us what you need — we specify to fit, procure via direct sourcing from the distributor, and hand over built out and ready to run. Through our partner programs and direct distributor sourcing, our project conditions are regularly below internet offers — and you have a single point of contact instead of a hotline.
You decide the scope, we deliver both: just the hardware — specified, procured, and handed over ready to run, without an ongoing contract — or complete support as part of our managed services. Price search engines compare boxes; we additionally check architecture, license conditions, and rollout — because the most expensive IT purchase is rarely the one with the higher unit price, but the wrongly specified one.
Your advantages at a glance
- One point of contact for selection, purchase, rollout, and operation — no friction losses between dealer and service provider.
- Vendor conditions from six partner programs — applied neutrally, because the recommendation follows the requirement, not the margin.
- License clarity: your Microsoft license inventory is maintained and regularly reconciled with actual usage.
- Documented lifecycle: every procured component is inventoried, monitored, and has a planned renewal date.
- OpEx instead of CapEx: on request as a monthly rental or leasing model via our financing partners — without you having to switch providers for it.
Whether a single project or ongoing procurement as part of our managed services: talk to us — you will receive a concrete offer at short notice.

Frequently asked questions
Do you recommend the vendors you earn the most from?
No — and that is exactly why we address the topic openly. We are partners of six vendors and, beyond that, certified for Palo Alto Networks; the recommendation follows your requirement and the existing architecture, not the margin. Every quote lists the items transparently, and whether you buy from us or elsewhere remains your decision.
Are your prices higher than online retail?
On project terms we are regularly below internet offers — we source directly from the distributor. For individual standard items, a remainder-stock deal online may be cheaper; that is not what matters to us: we earn our money with operations and targeted consulting, not on the hardware sold. We pass the components on at project terms — including specification, rollout, and inclusion in operations.
Do you also procure without an ongoing operating contract?
Yes, project-based procurement is possible at any time — from a single switch to a complete fit-out. However, procurement unfolds its full strength in combination with our managed services, because new components are then documented, monitored, and managed across their lifecycle right away.
And if I need Palo Alto components?
For Palo Alto Networks we are certified and operate our customers' systems — we do not currently maintain a partner program there. In that case procurement runs through established trade partners; specification, rollout, and operation we handle as usual.
