sector7 comes from the supplier landscape: our office is in Solingen, right between the tool industry in Remscheid, the locking-technology region of Velbert/Heiligenhaus, and the plastics suppliers of the Oberbergisches. The mix of manufacturing, family business, and OEM audit is everyday work for us – we understand the auditor's question and configure the firewall behind it ourselves.
What matters for Automotive Suppliers
- B-09Regulation & ComplianceTISAX without bureaucratic overkill: gap analysis against the VDA ISA catalog, a prioritized action plan, technical implementation, and assessment preparation – the same measures then serve as the foundation for ISO 27001.
- B-04Cyber Security & ProtectionDesign data, tooling data, and process parameters are a supplier's capital. We protect them with certified security technology, controlled remote maintenance for machine manufacturers, and a security operation that flags anomalies early.
- B-03Network & ConnectivityOffice IT and the machine network belong apart – robust enough for the shop floor, clean enough for the customer audit. We plan and operate segmented production networks, including secure site-to-site connectivity.
- B-06Business Continuity & ResilienceDelivery capability is the industry's hardest currency. Veeam-based backups to geo-redundant, in-house targets, tested recovery, and a rehearsed emergency plan ensure that an incident does not escalate to the OEM.
TISAX: from questionnaire to label – in manageable steps
The TISAX assessment is performed by an accredited audit provider; we make sure you go in prepared. Since July 2026, the new VDA ISA2027 catalog applies to all audits ordered from 2027 onward – with stronger requirements for your own supply chain. If you have to renew your label in 2027, you should start taking stock now: we clarify the required assessment level, close the gaps technically, and build the documentation that holds up in the assessment.
