On-site server & backup – procured, built, operated.

Not every IT system belongs in the cloud. Where systems are meant to run on your premises, we deliver them turnkey: procured vendor-neutrally, specified, built and taken into documented operation – by a single contact who remains responsible for the infrastructure afterward.

From specification to running operation

  1. 01

    Vendor-neutral procurement

As an HPE partner, we procure servers and storage at partner conditions; on request, Dell, Fujitsu or special systems just as readily. The selection follows your requirement, not a partner program – specified according to actual need rather than a catalog page.

  2. 02

    On-site setup and commissioning

Delivered, assembled, configured and taken into documented operation – from a single server to a complete server room. We do not hand over at the loading dock, but operational and added to our monitoring.

  3. 03

Backup that protects the last copy

Veeam-based backup on your premises, optionally complemented by a replicated copy in our own server park. Restores are tested and logged regularly – documented rather than promised.

  4. 04

The bridge to the data center

Your systems run on site, their backup replicates to us – and in an emergency we bring services back up in our server park while your environment is being restored. This combination of local proximity and our own data center is something a pure on-site provider cannot offer.

  5. 05

    Hardware only or fully managed

You decide the scope: hardware only – specified, procured and handed over operational, with no ongoing contract – or full support as part of our managed services. You get both from a single source.

  6. 06

    Regionally reachable, one contact

Headquartered in Solingen, with short distances into the Bergisches Land, the Rhineland and the Ruhr area. You speak with the person who specifies, builds and operates the systems – not with a sales team that hands over later.

Why through us rather than off the shelf

The lowest unit price is not the lowest purchase: a purchase becomes expensive through the wrong specification, an overlooked license condition, or a rollout that takes longer than planned. Because we know your environment and operate the systems afterward, we specify them fittingly from the outset – and through partner programs and direct distributor sourcing, the conditions regularly come in below online offers.

How on-site systems and the data center work together is set out on Cloud, Infrastructure & Data Center; how a procurement with us proceeds – from specification through the quote to the documented lifecycle – you can read under Procurement & License Management.

Let's talk about your on-site hardware.
